Eshop Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your purchase of our digital books (“Ebook“) on the website www.nrochemistry.com. By purchasing our Ebook, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase our Ebook. These Terms apply to all users, regardless of their location, and they should be reviewed periodically as they may be updated.

1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to NROChemistry, operated by Júlia Štefková – Milk and Silk Studio, the Supplier of the Ebook.
“Paddle” refers to Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes your order and payment on our behalf.
“You”, “Your” refer to the customer or user of our website.
“Website” refers to the website www.nrochemistry.com.
“Supplier Agreement” means these Terms, which govern the relationship between you and the Supplier regarding the Ebook, separate from Paddle’s Buyer Terms which govern the checkout transaction itself.

2. Purchase and Payment

The Ebook is available for purchase through this Website as an instant PDF download after a successful payment.
Orders are placed with, and payments are processed by, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing through our Website, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Paddle accepts multiple currencies and payment methods at checkout.
You purchase the Ebook from Paddle, and the Ebook is licensed to you by us as the Supplier, under these Terms.
We do not store any payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is securely managed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
After a successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Your bank statement will display a payment to “Paddle.net*NROChem” or “Nrochem“.
Purchases made in a currency other than your local currency may be subject to currency conversion fees by your card issuer or bank. We are not responsible for any additional charges or exchange rate differences applied by your financial institution.

3. Delivery

Once you complete the payment, a unique link will direct you to a page where you can download your PDF. The same link will be sent to your email.
You may download the eBook a maximum of 2 times for personal use only. Download is not automatic. You have to save the ebook to your device after opening the link.
The download link will expire 15 days from your purchase date or after 4 download attempts. It is your responsibility to download and save the Ebook promptly after purchase.
Creating more than 2 copies and sharing the ebook with a third party is considered copyright violation unless you have written permission from the author to do that.
If you encounter any issues with downloading the Ebook, please contact us by email at lluis@nrochemistry.com for assistance. If we do not receive any communication from you within the 15-day period from the date of purchase, we will consider the ebook successfully delivered to you.

4. Refunds and Returns

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for digital Ebooks. All sales of digital products are final.
By purchasing and downloading the Ebook, you expressly agree that the digital content will be made available to you immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
While we generally do not offer refunds for digital products, if the Ebook is found to be defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Any refund request or problem with your order should be sent to us directly at lluis@nrochemistry.com — we will review and respond to your request personally.
Any false claims or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action to recover the amounts owed.

5. License and Use

Your purchase of the Ebook grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it solely for personal purposes.
You may not share, resell, or distribute the Ebook or any part of the Ebook to others without the prior written permission of the author.
The Ebook may include digital rights management (DRM) technology that restricts copying, printing, or sharing. Any attempt to circumvent or tamper with the DRM is strictly prohibited.

5.1. Business purchases

Our eshop checkout is set up for personal, single-user purchases only and does not collect business details.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, or wish to extend the license beyond single-person use (e.g. for use by multiple employees), please do not purchase through the eshop. Instead, contact us directly at lluis@nrochemistry.com so we can discuss the number of licenses required, agree on terms, and issue an invoice for the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Ebook and any related content are owned by the author of the book.
Unauthorized use of the Ebook or any part of its content is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our Website, the purchase, or the use of our Ebook.
Our total liability to you, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Ebook.

8. Privacy

We process your personal data solely for the purpose of completing your purchase, providing customer support, and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., accounting and tax requirements). Payment, billing, and tax data collected at checkout is processed independently by Paddle as our Merchant of Record — see Paddle’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting us at lluis@nrochemistry.com. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing the Ebook, you give us permission to contact you via email regarding a review of the Ebook.

8.1. Customer Reviews

You may receive an email requesting a product review after your purchase. For processing reviews, we use a trusted third-party service provider, CusRev.
Reviews submitted must be truthful, relevant, and comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews containing inappropriate language, spam, or false claims.
Reviews may be displayed on our website, marketing materials, or other platforms to help other customers learn about our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. The courts of Poland shall resolve any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, without affecting your rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any of your rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
